We want to make it easy for our customers to get in touch with us. Our Help Desk can be contacted via our online Help Desk system, email or phone. Every call is logged and you instantly receive your call confirmation number.
Our maintenance customers are setup with secure direct access to IT Support Hub support engineers to ensure issues can be quickly resolved.
We can also connect via ‘Support over the Internet’. An IT Support Hub engineer can either instantly log on to your device, or ask you to run our ‘Instant Support’ session shortcut.
Using The IT Supports Hub GoTo Resolve platform, you will either be sent a direct link to a support session by your support engineer, or be asked to visit https://helpdesk.me and enter the support number provided to you.
If using our legacy Teamviewer support, select the shortcut below to download the application. Once downloaded click ‘Run’ or ‘Open’ and accept the EULA. You will be presented with a support session number. Please provide this to your support engineer to carry out further analysis on the machine.
For companies with Maintenance Agreements, an individual Help Desk email will be provided to you to log support calls for your organisation.
