• Up to 8 hour response for desktop support (other options available)
• Telephone help desk support (8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday)
• New installations at trade prices (i.e. New PC’s, Servers, Hubs etc.)

Silver - Enhanced support which suits the majority of companies
• Full Software Support (Maintenance & Consultancy)
• Hardware fixing on-site (Additional Charge)
• Software and configuration repairs, error correction and configuration fixing
• Diagnose and resolve demonstrating errors, faults or viruses
• Fast 4 hour response for critical service support

• Up to 8 hour response for desktop support (other options available)
• Telephone help desk support (8.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Bronze - Our Ad-hoc support solution for one off installations and fixes
• Full IT Support (Maintenance & Consultancy) at our standard rates
• Software and configuration repairs, error correction and configuration fixing
• Diagnose and resolve faults or viruses, Competitive call out rates
• 8 hour response for Critical Hardware Support
• Telephone help desk support (8.30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday)
