Our maintenance customers are setup with secure direct access by IT Support Hub support engineers to ensure issues can be quickly resolved.
We can also connect via ‘Support over the Internet’. An IT Support Hub engineer will ask you to click here or the above ‘Instant Support’ shortcut. Once you select the shortcut select ‘Run’ or ‘Open’ and you will be presented with an SPN support session number. Please provide this to your support engineer to carry out further analysis on the machine.
