The IT Support Hub was created as the branding name for SPN Consultancy's Information Technology services. As SPN's services have successfully evolved over the last 15 years a new front line name was chosen to show existing and new customers we are, and can be the complete hub for your IT support.


SPN was formed in August 2000 with the aim of providing Information and Communication support to small and medium sized businesses with a difference.

Our directors have over 25 year's experience providing IT support. During this period we have managed large organisations in the Recruitment , Manufacturing and Accounting sectors. Our in depth knowledge and experience of applications and office infrastructure in these sectors are unrivalled.

Non “jargon speaking” technicians are available to provide efficient, understandable support, and build relationships with our customers by providing assigned engineers who work and integrate with your staff. In addition to supporting your business we also provide hardware, software, and project based solutions for your total IT requirements.


We also pride ourselves on developing close relationships with Directors and Managers, in order to understand your business processes. This keeps your IT infrastructure growing effiently alongside the development of your business.

For a fixed monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly subscription we will proactively secure and manage your systems to prevent problems happening in the first place. If problems do occur we can fix them remotely or on site, without any additional cost to you.
